Bienvenidos! Los Cotija's has been run by the same family since 1988. Along with our long-standing staff, we take great pride in preparing delicious meals for our guests. Our roots stem from a quaint little tostada stand in the sleepy town of Cotija, Michoacan, known for its artisanal cheeses, festivals, friendly hardworking people, and colonial architecture.
