Owner Jesus Torres grew up with the fantastic cooking that his family and relatives would prepare, not only for special occasions, but for regular family dinners. With his family as his instructors, Jesus learned how to prepare the authentic Mexican dishes that he enjoyed himself. He used his love of cooking authentic Mexican dishes and turned it up a notch at Kaneohe’s El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant.
